Everything included, in detail
What you get
- Your document list: based on the list from your attorney or, if you manage the case yourself, the U.S. Department of State’s public requirements for the country that issues your documents. For each document: issuing authority, how to request it, typical time and validity.
- Step-by-step guidance to request each civil document yourself, based on the issuing authority’s public information.
- Format check of the documents you upload against the list: right type, all pages, seals present, still valid, names and dates consistent across documents. We flag any discrepancy for you and your attorney to decide.
- Scan and file standardization to NVC technical requirements (format, size, resolution, file names), separated per applicant.
- Hand-over: an organized digital set in your KPVISA account for you or your attorney to submit.
- Additional requests: if NVC asks for more documents within 6 months of purchase, we guide you to obtain them and standardize the new files.
- Expiry reminders for documents that need renewing (for example police certificates).
- A dedicated case contact by message in the app.
